阿尔茨海默病精神行为异常的综合干预研究

目的 了解综合干预措施对伴有精神行为异常的阿尔茨海默病（AD）的效果。方法 56例AD患者随机分为研究组（综合干预）与对照组（单纯药物干预）各28例，在干预前、干预后2月、干预后12月用阿尔茨海默病病理行为评分表（BEHAVE-AD）、简易智能状态检查（MMSE）、日常生活能力量表（ADL）进行效果评定、比较。结果 两组患者干预后BEHAVE-AD总分及各因子分评分均较干预前明显降低，差异有显著性（P〈0．05；P〈0．01）；在干预后12月研究组的BEHAVE-AD总分及妄想、攻击行为、行为紊乱、情感障碍、焦虑恐惧因子分均低于对照组，差异有显著性（P〈0．05；P〈0．01）；研究组MMSE、ADL评分在干预后12月较干预前有显著改善（P〈0．01），且显著优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论 综合干预措施对改善AD患者精神行为症状有效，可推广应用。

The Study of Synthetic Intervention in Behavioral and Psychological Symptoms of Alzheimer's Disease

Objective To investigate the effect of synthetic intervention on behavioral and psychological symptoms of Alzheimer's disease(AD).Methods Fifty-six patients with AD were randomly assigned into the investigation group and control group.They were tested by Behavioral Pathology in Alzheimer's Disease Rating Scale(BEHAVE-AD),Mini Mental State Examination(MMSE) and Activity of Daily Living Scale(ADL) before and two months and twelve months after intervention.Results The total scores and all factors scores of BEHAVE-AD of two groups of patients after intervenation were significantly lower than those before intervenation(P<0.05;P<0.01).In twelve months after intervention,the total scores and the scorces of delusion,aggressive behavior,conduct disorder,affective disorder,anxiety and terror in the investigation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05;P<0.01).The scorces of MMSE and ADL in the investigation group in twelve months after intervention were significantly improved than the those before intervention(P<0.01),and significantly prior to those in the control group.Conclusion The synthetic intervention has efficacious on behavioral and psychological symptoms of AD,and it could be generalized and used.
