麻黄超微粉体与常规粉体的体外溶出研究

摘    要:目的对麻黄的超微粉体和常规粉体中麻黄碱的体外溶出进行考察。方法采用HPLC法测定麻黄超微粉体与常规粉体中麻黄碱的溶出量和溶出速度。结果麻黄超微粉体与常规粉体中麻黄碱溶出量具有显著性差异,超微粉体的溶出速度较常规粉体明显增加。结论麻黄超微粉体的溶出量和溶出速度均优于其常规粉体。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the exoteric dissolution of ephedrine from the ultra-micro and traditional powder of herba ephedrae. Methods HPLC techniques were used to detect the dissolution amount and the dissolution rate of ephedrine from ultra-micro and traditional powder of herba ephedrae. Results There was statistically significant difference between the two powder of herba ephedrae in dissolution amount, and the dissolution rate of ultra-micro powder of herba ephedrae was increased obviously. Conclusion The dissolution amount and dissolution rate of ultra-micro powder of herba ephedrae are higher than those of traditional powder.
