卡介苗多糖核酸辅助治疗白癜风的疗效及对T淋巴细胞亚群的影响

目的观察卡介苗多糖核酸辅助治疗白癜风的疗效及对外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法90例白癜风患者随机分为实验组（50例）和常规治疗对照组（40例）,比较卡介苗多糖核酸辅助治疗后T淋巴细胞亚群比例变化。结果治疗后实验组总有效率明显高于常规治疗对照组（54%VS 27.5%,P〈0.05）;治疗前白癜风患者外周血CD3、CD4及CD4/CD8较正常低（P〈0.05）,治疗后实验组CD3、CD4及CD4/CD8均升高,与治疗前比较有显著性意义（P〈0.05）,而常规治疗组治疗前后比较无显著性差异（P〉0.05）。结论白癜风患者存在T细胞免疫功能异常,采用卡介苗多糖核酸辅助治疗能提高患者的CD4＋T细胞亚群比例,临床可获得较好疗效。

BCG PSN adjuvant treatment of vitiligo and on t-lymphocyte subpopulation

Objective To observe BCG PSN assisted Vitiligo and peripheral T lymphocyte subsets.Methods Of 90 cases of Vitiligo were randomly divided into experimental groups（50 cases）,and the General treatment of the control group（40 patients）,and compared the BCG vaccine adjuvant therapy after PSN T lymphocyte subsets.Results Experimental group total effective 54%,General treatment control group is 27.5%（P0.05）.Before the treatment,patients with Vitiligo CD3,CD4 and CD4/CD8 below normal（P0.05）.After treatment,the CD4 comprehensive set of CD3,and CD4/CD8 were significantly elevated,and there were no significant changes for the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Vitiligo have t-cell immune dysfunction.Using BCG PSN adjuvant therapy can improve the patient＇s CD4＋T cell subsets with better clinical outcomes.
