| 摘 要： | 目的：进一步观察和筛选腰间盘突出症的治疗。方法：５４例病人采用腰椎牵引配合推拿水针治疗，每疗程１０ｄ。结果：１０～２０ｄ治疗后临床治愈率６０．９％，总有效率９８．１％。结论：腰椎牵引配合推拿水针治疗腰椎间盘突出症是一种较好的治疗方法，体现标本兼顾，疗程短、经济负担少的优点。
