| 摘 要： | 目前 IVF-ET的成功率仍较低 ,主要是由于胚胎过早移植入宫腔所致。输卵管上皮细胞共培养体系可以延长胚胎的体外培养时间 ,提高发育至囊胚期的胚胎数 ,从而提高IVF-ET成功率 ,减少多胎妊娠。

Effects of Oviductal Epithelial Cell Co-culturing Techenique on the Growth of Fertilized Egg in vitro and the Value of its Clinical Application |

| Abstract: | WT5BZ] The low successiful rate of IVF and embryo transfer is mainly caused by transfering premature embryo into the uterus. The oviductal epithelial cell system can prolong the time of embryo culturing in vitro and amplify the number of embryo able to reach the blastocyst stage. There fore,it can improve the successful rate of IVF ET and induce multiple pregnancy. |
