安徽省江滩地区血吸虫病流行因素及规律

摘    要:在皖江江滩血吸虫病疫区开展了疫情状况和连续4年的流行因素调查。研究结果显示,该地区为本省血吸虫病流行的主要地区;近5年由于涨滩的原因,新增滩地有螺面积显著,以江洲滩为甚;传染源的种类较多,在传播中的地位依次为牛、猪、人等;人群接触疫水以生活方式为主,其频次和强度分别以农民和渔民最高;感染性钉螺分布与植被种类及家畜活动频度、野粪污染程度呈正相关,并呈负二项分布;疫区形成与滩地崩涨、变迁密切相关;皖江水位及降雨量是影响流行的重要因素。

Abstract:It is showed by the result of study on epidemic factors and regularities of schistosomiasis carried out in the area of river beaches of Anhui province from 1992 to 1995 that the those areas are main epidemic ones of schistosomiasis in Anhui province. Because the river beaches aregrowing up and new areas with the snail increased markedly, especially marshlands of the River. There are many infection source in the areas, animals in importance of role as infection source, in turn, are cattle, pig and human, The main mode of contacting with infested-water is lifeactivities for human and the frequence and intensity of contacting withthe water are the highest for peasants and fishermen. Direct correlationis exited between distribution of infected snail and many kindsof vegetation and human and cattle astivities and excrement contamination, and the realtion showed negative binomial distribution. Forming the epidemic areas is related closely to change of the river beaches. The level of the River and rainfall are important factors inthose areas for epidemic of schistosomiasis in Anhui Province.
