西宁市公共场所从业人员乙型肝炎预防相关知识态度行为的调查分析

目的了解西宁市公共场所从业人员乙型肝炎(乙肝)预防相关知识、态度、行为(KAP)以及乙肝病毒感染现状,为制定乙肝防制策略提供依据。方法分层整群随机抽取61家公共场所的从业人员152名,采用问卷调查的方式进行KAP调查。结果各公共场所从业人员中,57.89%的人做过乙肝检查,55.92%的人接受过卫生知识培训。知晓乙肝是经血传播的占40.13%,知晓所用工具应消毒的占18.42%,69.73%的人不知道乙肝会发展成肝硬化、肝癌,24.34%的人在自己皮肤粘膜破损不经包扎继续为顾客服务。有88.81%的人不知道接种乙肝疫苗可以预防乙肝,接种过乙肝疫苗的占48.03%。结论应加强公共场所从业人员乙肝预防相关知识的健康教育和工具的消毒管理,切断传播途径,控制乙肝传播。

Investigation on the Knowledge, Attitude, and Behavior Related to Hepatitis B Prevention Among Public Place Workers in Xining City

Objective To know the workers'knowledge,attitude,and behavior related to Hepatitis B prevention in hairdressing public places in Xining City and anlyze the status of hepatitis B infectionin in order to make out a plan for Hepatitis B prevention.Methods 152 people were selected from three levels groups(large,medium,and small) out of 61 hairdressing places,every person were investigated by filling a questionnaire,the questionnaire includes three aspects related on the knowledge,attitude,and behavior on Hepatitis B prevention.Results Among the workers investigated, 57.89% had got a Hepatitis B test,55.92% had got training on health care,and the knowledge on Hepatitis B is limited,40.13% know that Hepatitis B is transmitted through blood,18.42% know that the tools'antisepsis is necessary,69.73% had no idea that Hepatitis B will develop into hepatocirrhosis or liver cancer,24.34% had the experience of continuing serving customers and neglect bind up the wound when lacerate their fingers,88.81% people do not know that Hepatitis B vaccine can stop Hepatitis B,48.03% had got Hepatitis B vaccine injection.Conclusion The health education among workers in public places and the tools'antisepsis also need to be improved in order to cut off the infection route,and to stop Hepatitis B spreading.
