摘    要:
目的 研究吸附树脂理化性质对分离葛根总黄酮的影响。方法 采用分光光度法分别对5种ADS系列吸附树脂作静态、动态研究,并对较优树脂进行动态吸附-脱附工艺参数的优化。结果 静态实验表明,树脂的极性和空间结构是影响吸附效果的重要因素;树脂ADS-8上柱液浓度约为0.453 mg·mL-1,pH 5~6,吸附速率4 BV·h-1,400 mL蒸馏水洗去杂质,洗脱剂为70%乙醇,洗脱流速2 BV·h-1,用量为60 mL。结论 ADS-8是分离纯化葛根总黄酮的较优树脂。
