| 摘 要： | 肖正安范植蓉文芳韩利荣摘要目的:探讨家属健康教育对卵巢癌化疗病人生活质量的影响。方法:选择46例卵巢癌首次化疗病人,随机分成观察组23例和对照组23例,两组病人在常规治疗的同时接受健康教育,观察组在此基础上同步实施家属健康教育,采用生活质量评定量表对两组病人化疗前3d及化疗结束后7d进行测评。结果:观察组化疗后7d生活质量明显高于化疗前3d(P0.05),两组病人化疗后7d比较,观察组生活质量明显高于对照组(P0.05)。结论:对卵巢癌病人家属同步实施健康教育,可提高卵巢癌病人化疗期间的生活质量。
