| Abstract: | Diffuse panbronchiolitis (DPB) is a chronic progressive obstructive disease of the airways. Of unknown aetiology, it is responsive to macrolide therapy. Although not uncommon among the Japanese, it is rare in other parts of the world. We report a case of DPB in a Chinese patient in Singapore. |
