保定市成人代谢综合征及相关疾病的流行病学调查

目的研究保定市成人代谢综合征（MS）及其相关疾病的患病情况。方法本研究涉及2007年6～9月在本院体检中心健康体检的2052人。MS的诊断采用2004年中国糖尿病学会（CDS）提出的诊断标准。结果①MS、超重或肥胖、高血糖、高血压和血脂紊乱的患病率分别为18．62％、44．74％、30．68％、27．78％和36．50％。②小于55岁男性超重或肥胖、高血压、血脂紊乱和MS的患病率及36～54岁男性高血糖患病率均高于女性。③女性MS的患病率则从55岁以后然增加较快。④MS患病率随年龄增长逐渐增加。结论保定市成人MS患病率较高，男性更应该从中青年就开始控制体重、血糖、血压和血脂，预防MS及心血管并发症的发生。

Prevalence of metabolic syndrome and its related diseases in Baoding

Objective To investigate the prevalence of metabolic syndrome （MS） in Baoding. Methods 2052 people with health examination were involved in the present study. The metabolic syndrome was diagnosed according to the criterion of Chinese Diabetes Society （CDS, 2004）. Results （1）The prevalence of MS, overweight or obesity, diabetes, hypertension and dyslipidemia were 18.62 %, 44.74%, 30.68%, 27.78% and 36.50%, respectively. （2）The prevalence of overweight or obesity, hypertension, dyslipidemia, diabetes and MS in man aged 18-55 years was higher than that in woman. （3）The prevalence of MS in woman aged over 55 years were obviously increased. （4）The older, the higher prevalence of MS and the related diseases. Conclusion There is high prevalence of the metabolic syndrome in Baoding. The people should control body weight, diabetes, hypertension, dyslipidemia to prevent metabolic syndrome and cardiovascular complications.
