| 摘 要： | 目的 总结216例高原地区腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者的护理体会。方法 术前评估患者，讲解腹腔镜的优点，做好心理护理，改善缺氧症状，做好少数民族患者的皮肤清洁，饮食宣教；术后正确评估手术效果，注意病情观察，加强基础护理，预防并发症。结果 经过悉心护理，本组216例患者均痊愈出院。结论 术前宣教及皮肤清洁，术后正确评估和护理是腹腔镜胆囊切除术护理工作中的重点。 |
