| 摘 要： | 目的探讨多发性神经鞘瘤的临床、病理特点及鉴别要点。方法主诉颌面颈部及全身多处皮下肿物1例,其临床表现为多处散在皮下肿物,经手术切除病理检查及免疫组织化学检查明确诊断。结果临床表现、病理检查和免疫组织化学检查确诊为多发性神经鞘瘤。结论多发性神经鞘瘤为良性肿瘤,有完整的包膜,主要以手术治疗为主。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical and pathological features for multiple Schwannomas. Methods One case with multiple subcutaneous masses in the maxillofacial region as well as around body was hospitalized,and routine pathological and immunohistochemical examination were used to establish the final diagnosis after operation.
