| 摘 要： | 目的 评价后巩膜加固术治疗高度进行性近视疗效的效果.方法 对28例(53眼)后巩膜加固术治疗高度进行性近视的患者资料完整者进行术前和术后对比分析.结果 后巩膜加固术治疗高度进行性近视超过90%患者视力稳定,部分患者视力有不同程度提高.患者的眼轴和屈光度数稳定.结论 后巩膜加固术治疗高度进行性近视疗效的效果观察确实有效,是阻止近视发展、保护视功能的有效方法,是目前为止治疗高度近视的有效预防方法.
