常熟市中医院193例药品不良反应的分析

目的:分析常熟市中医院药品不良反应(ADR)发生的特点,促进合理用药。方法:运用Microsoft OfficeExcel2003版电子表格和手工筛选方法,对2009年1月-2010年12月间收集的193份ADR报告,分别按患者性别、年龄,给药途径,药品分类,ADR累及器官或系统,以及常见ADR处理措施等方面进行分析、评价。结果:193例ADR报告中,抗感染药物导致ADR139例(72.02%),中药31例(16.06%);ADR累及器官或系统主要为皮肤及其附件149例和消化系统23例;给药途径主要为注射给药177例(91.71%)。结论:ADR的发生率与患者的年龄、给药途径、临床用药频率等密切相关,临床应予以重视。

Analysis of 193 Cases of ADR in Changshu Hospital of TCM

Objective:To analyze the features of the adverse drug reaction(ADR) in Changshu Hospital of TCM and to promote the rational use of drugs.Methods:By Microsoft Office Excel 2003 version of the electronic form and manual screening methods,193 cases of ADR reported during 2009-2010 were analyzed and evaluated in respect of patients’ age and sex,route of administration,drug varieties,organs and system involved and common countermeasures for ADR,etc.Results:Of total 193 cases of ADR,139 cases resulted from anti-infective agent(s72.02%)followed by 31 cases who resulted from TCM(16.06%).Main clinical manifestation was lesion of skin and its appendant(sn=149),followed by digestive system(n=23).A hundred and seventy-seven(177) cases of ADR were caused by injections(91.71%).Conclusion:The incidences ofADR relate to the patients’ age,route of administration and frequency of clinical drug use,which should be paid a close attention clinically.
