脑卒中患者的心理状况调查及护理对策

[目的]了解脑卒中患者的心理状况以便采取有效的护理措施。[方法]2006年1月-2007年12月采用Zung氏焦虑-抑郁自评量表（SAS.SDS）对49例脑卒中患者进行调查，并分析调查结果。[结果]63.3％患者有自卑、挫折心理；55.1％患者有烦躁、焦虑心理；53.1％患者有孤独、被遗弃心理；46.9％患者有抑郁、多虑心理；22.4％患者依赖性增强。[结论]脑卒中患者存在不良的心理问题，针对患者的心理问题采取心理护理，使患者积极配合康复治疗，以早日康复。

The Psychological Condition of Patients with Cerebrovascular Accident and Nursing Measures
