137例糖尿病患者便秘的原因分析及护理

目的:探讨Ⅱ型糖尿病患者便秘的原因及护理。方法:回顾性分析我院2003年6月至2006年5月收治的Ⅱ型137例糖尿病的临床资料,发现引起便秘的原因主要有自主神经病变、饮食不当和活动量减少。并根据发生原因进行针对性的护理,采取适当的措施,如平衡饮食、增加活动量、选择适当的通便药物、人工排便和保持心情舒畅等措施。结果:显效46例(33.58%),好转73例(53.28%),无效18例(13.14%)。结论:针对便秘的不同原因,采取个体化的综合护理,才能有效解决糖尿病患者便秘的问题。

Analysis and Nursing Experience of Diabetic Costive Patient(Reports of 137 Cases)

Objective:To investigate and analysize the nursing experience of diabetic costive patients.Methods:One hundred and thirty-seven diabetic patients were retrospectively analysed from June 2003 to May 2006,several reasons causing astriction were found:autonomic neuropathy,improper diet and fewer activity amount.According to the reason,we adopt directive nursing,eg:balancing food and drink,increasing activity amount selecting appropriate cathartic,artificial defecation and keeping pleasant mood.Results:The number of cases with efficacy,improvement and inefficacy were 46,73 and 18 respectively.Conclusion:To adopt individual synthetic nursing aiming directly at different reasons,costiveness of diabetic patients should be resolved effectively.
