仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗骨质疏松症41例疗效观察

目的观察仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗骨质疏松症（OP）的临床疗效。方法将83例OP患者随机分为2组,治疗组41例给予仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗,对照组42例给予骨疏康颗粒治疗。治疗6周后,观察2组临床疗效,治疗前后检测患者腰椎（L2-4）、股骨颈骨密度（BMD）和血钙（Ca）、磷（P）、碱性磷酸酶（ALP）。结果治疗组总有效率95.1%,对照组为71.4%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,治疗组优于对照组。治疗组治疗前后腰椎BMD比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,治疗后优于治疗前。且与对照组治疗后比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗组治疗前后ALP比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,治疗后优于治疗前。2组治疗后血Ca、P、ALP比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论仙灵骨葆胶囊具有抑制骨吸收、降低骨转换、提高骨量的作用,是治疗OP的有效药物。

Clinical observation of Xianling Gubao capsule on osteoporosis

Objective To discuss the curative effect of Xianling Gubao capsule in treating osteoporosis. Methods 83 patients with osteoporosis were randomly divided into two groups. Cases in the treatment group （ n = 41 ） were treated by Xianling Gubao capsule. And patients in the control group （ n =42） received Gushukang. The course was six weeks in two groups. BMD of lumbar （ L2 -4 ） and collum femoris of patients, Ca, P and ALP in blood were detected before and after treatment for evaluation of effect. Results The total effective rate in treatment group （95.1% ） was superior to that in control group （71.4% , P 〈 0. 05 ）. BMD of lumbar after treatment was superior to that before treatment in treatment group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. And BMD of lumbar in treatment group was superior to that in control group after treatment （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. There was no significant difference in calcium, phosphorus, and alkaline phosphatase between two groups after treatment, but the alkaline phosphatase in treatment group decreased significantly during treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Xianling Gubao capsule is effective drug in treating osteoporosis.
