出血性脑梗塞的影像学分析

摘    要:目的:探讨出血性脑梗塞的发病机制及CT、MRI表现。方法:结合临床资料对78例脑梗塞患者的CT、MRI结果进行分析。结果:出血性脑梗塞多发生在脑梗塞后1周内,CT可显示急性出血;而MRI可显示不同时期及斑点状出血,出血信号可持续数月。结论:MRI是诊断出血性脑梗塞的最可靠手段。

Abstract:Objective:To discuss on pathogenesis of hemorrhagic cerebral infarction and its CT and MRI features.Methods:In 78 cases of hemorrhagic cerebral infarction,the clinical data,CT and MRI of 78 patients with hemorrhagic cerebral infarction were analyzed.Results: Hemorrhagic cerebral infarction mainly occurred in 1 week after cerebral infarction.CT image showed acute hemorrhage and MRI showed mottling hemorrhage in various stage,its signal can persist in months.Conclusion:MRI is reliable methods in diagnosis of hemorrhagic cerebral infarction.
