压力性尿失禁动物模型的建立

摘    要:目的建立压力性尿失禁(SUI)动物模型,为其研究提供简便易得的实验对象。方法将50只分娩后SD大鼠分为实验组30只,对照组20只。实验组进行产伤模拟,1个月后切除双侧卵巢,常规饲养2个月后行尿动力学检查和喷嚏试验。结果实验组大鼠膀胱最大容量和腹腔漏尿点压均小于对照组(P〈0.01),喷嚏试验中实验组有17只阳性,而对照组无阳性。结论模拟产伤和切除卵巢可以获得SUI动物模型。

Abstract:Objective To establish stress incontinence animal model in order to offer convenient experiment object for investigation of stress incontinence. Methods 50 SD postnatal rats were divided into experiment group ( n = 30) and control group ( n = 20 ). The rats in experiment group were performed by birth injury and removed both lateral ovaries after 1 month. All the rats received urodynamics examination and sneeze test. Results The maximum bladder capacity and abdominal leakage of urine point pressure in experiment group were lower than those in control group. The 17 rats in experiment group were positive in sneeze test, but none of rats was positive in control group. Conclusion The stress incontinence animal model can be obtained through imitation birth injury and the removal of both lateral ovaries.
