丙硫氧灭定对高脂血症性急性胰腺炎大鼠影响的实验研究

摘    要:[摘 要] 目的 通过研究降脂药物丙硫氧灭定对高脂血症性急性胰腺炎(AP)的作用,探讨高脂血症在AP发生中的作用机制。方法 Wistar雄性大鼠50只随机分为4组:对照组(Bal组,10只)、胰腺炎致敏模型组(M组,10只)、高脂+模型组(H+M组,15只)和降脂+模型组(L+M组,15只)。测量胰腺动脉血流速度,计算血流量;取血标本测定α-血清淀粉酶(AMY)、甘油三脂(TG)和游离脂肪酸(FFA)含量;并切取胰腺行组织病理检查。结果 M组大鼠FFA、AMY较Bal组均显著升高(P < 0.05),H+M组大鼠TG、FFA及AMY较Bal组及M组大鼠显著升高(P < 0.05),L+M组大鼠TG水平较Bal组、M组及H+M组大鼠显著下降(P < 0.05),但FFA水平显著升高(P < 0.05),AMY在H+M组与L+M组间无统计学差异(P > 0.05);H+M组、L+M组胰腺炎发病率与M组相比有明显差异(P < 0.05);H+M组和L+M组大鼠胰腺动脉血流速度下降最明显,分别与Bal组、M组有统计学差异(P < 0.05)。结论 高脂血症会增加胰腺炎致敏模型大鼠胰腺炎的发病率,但降脂药物丙硫氧灭定不能降低大鼠胰腺炎的发病率。

Abstract:Abstract objective To explore the role of Propyl thioxime on hyperlipidemic acute pancreatitis (AP), and to explore the mechanism of hyperlipidemia in the occurrence of AP. Methods Fifty male Wister rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: control group (Bal group, 10), pancreatitis sensitized model group (M group, 10), high-fat+model group (H+M group, 15), Lipid-lowering+model group (L+M group, 15). The pancreatic artery blood flow velocity was measured, blood flow was calculated, blood samples were taken for determination of serum amylase (AMY), triglyceride (TG) and free fatty acid (FFA), and pancreas pathological examination was performed. Results The FFA and AMY in M group were significantly higher than those in Bal group (P<0.05). The levels of TG, FFA and AMY in H+M group were significantly higher than those in Bal group and M group (P<0.05). The rats in L+M group had significantly lower TG levels than those in Bal group, M group and H+Mgroup (P<0.05), but FFA level significantly increased (P<0.05), and AMY level was not significantly different between H+M group and L+M group (P>0.05); the incidences of pancreatitis in the H+M and L+M group were significantly different from that in the M group; the decrease degrees of pancreatic arterial blood flow velocity in the H+M group and L+M group were most obvious, which were significantly different from Bal group and M group (P<0.05). Conclusion Our study shows that hyperlipidemia can increase the incidence of pancreatitis in pancreatitis sensitized model rats, and Propyl thioxime does not reduce the incidence of pancreatitis.
