改变服务模式 发挥专科特色 提高产科质量

随着社会的发展 ,生物医学模式向生物 -心理 -社会医学模式的逐步转变 ,在医疗服务中尤其是在产科领域中 ,产妇的社会心理需求日益被广大产科医务工作者重视。苏州市妇幼保健院作为苏州市唯一的妇幼保健专科医院 ,近几年来围绕提高产科服务质量 ,满足产妇需要 ,对产科服务模式的改革进行了积极的探索 ,取得了一定的成绩 ,目前已形成了助产士产前与孕妇“结对子”、产时全产程陪伴、产后整体护理和出院免费随访的具有产科特色的全程系列服务 ,努力做到让服务对象得到实惠 ,让社会满意 ,服务模式逐步与国际接轨。至 2 0 0 0年 3月底为止 ,助产士与孕妇“结对子”15 0 0多位 ,全产程陪伴分娩 34 76例 ,出院随访 34 6 7人次。共收到各类病人满意度调查表近 40 0 0份 ,综合满意度达到99.14%。

In the wake of biomedicine pattern change to biology psychology society medicine step by step, social psychology requirement of puerperal more and more pay attention to by all of obstetrical department workers .For raising service quality of obstetrical department and meeting the peeper's demands, the MCH hospital of Suzhou city that is the only special hospital in maternal and child health care, go on positive explore for change service pattern of obstetrical department and make to a certain achievement .At present ,the hospital has been come fully systematized that have special obstetrical department and all process services service ,it is that the midwife and puerperal will tied in the "COMPANION" in ante partum, the midwife will keep puerperal company in all birth process ,the midwife into practice puerperal whole nursing care, and will go on free visit after leave hospital .Until March 2000 ,this hospital has been tied in "companion "1500 cases ,has been keep puerperal company on all birth process 3476 cases ,has been visit after leave hospital 3467 cases ,has been receive about 4000 investigate tables from a kind of patients ,the synthetically satisfied degree is 99.14%.
