摘    要:目的探讨下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)行介入腔内溶栓、抗凝综合治疗的疗效。方法35例DVT在数字减影血管造影(DSA)下放置下腔静脉滤器,腔内导管直接插入静脉血栓处,冲击、持续注入尿激酶溶栓,术后患肢末端静脉输注尿激酶溶栓,联合静脉抗凝综合治疗。结果35例患者,25例血栓完全消失,7例血栓部分残留,3例无改变;治疗结束时肢体健患侧周径差明显缩小;总治愈率达91.4%;与对照组比较有显著性差异(P〈0.01)。治疗过程中未出现严重并发症。结论采用介入腔内溶栓综合治疗DVT疗效好而且安全。

Analysis the efficacy of intraluminal catheter-directed thrombolysis general treatment of deep venous thrombosis

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the efficacy of intraluminal catheter-directed thrombolysis combined anticoagulation in treatment of lower limb acute deep venous thrombosis(DVT). Methods 35 cases of with DVT underwent in the DSA implantation vena cava filters, intraluminal cathter-directed thrombolysis with urokinase inpact and continuous infusion, intravenous urokinase from affected limb's end venous, combined anticoagulation in treatment. Results 35 cases of patients with thrombosis in 25 cases completely disappeared, some residues in seven cases of thrombosis, three cases of no change; the treatment of the end of the affected limb circumference Kin significantly reduce the bad; the overall cure rate of 91.4% ; Compared with the control group were significantly different( P 〈 0. 01 ). The course of treatment does not appear serious complications. Conclusion intraluminal catheter-directed thrombolysis combined anticoagulation in treatment of DVT thrombolysis is efficacy and good safety.
