潍坊医学院部分大学生肥胖状况与几种体质指标的关系分析

[目的]了解大学生肥胖状况对其身体素质的影响。[方法]2004年对潍坊医学院2003级696名大学生的肥胖状况与体能素质进行了调查。[结果]肺活量与体重级别无关；男、女生的台阶试验成绩、女生的立定跳远成绩均为标准体重者〉肥胖前期者、肥胖者；男生的握力成绩为标准体重者、过轻体重者〉肥胖前期者、肥胖者；女生的握力成绩，男生的立定跳远和闭眼单脚站立成绩均为标准体重者〉过轻体重者〉肥胖前期者〉肥胖者；女生的闭眼单脚站立成绩为怀准体重者〉过轻体重者〉肥胖前期者、肥胖者。[结论]大学生肥胖者体能素质较差。

Influence of Obesity on Physical Stamina Among College Students in Weifang Medical University

[Objective]To investigate the influence of obesity on physical stamina among college students.[Methods]The physical stamina and body weight of 696 undergraduates on 2003 grade was measured.[Results]The score of the vital capacity has no relation with body weight.The step trail score of all and the standing long jump score of female are normal body weight students >pre-obese and obese students.The grip score of male is normal body weight and low body weight group> pre-obese and obese group.The grip score of female,as well as the standing long jump score and eyeclosed and single-legged Standing score of male are normal body weight group>low body weight group>pre-obese group>obese group.The eye-closed and single-legged Standing score of female is normal body weight and low body weight group>pre-obese group>obese group.[Conclusion]The physical stamina of obesity students is worse.
