Analysis of the Personnel Comparison Experiments for Quality Control in the Blood Cells Reference Measurement Laboratory

Objective The personnel comparison experiments according to the reference measurement methods of red blood cells and white blood cells were carried out and the results were analyzed and evaluated to strengthen quality control.Methods 3 fresh blood samples were used to carry out the red blood cells and white blood cells experiments each time according to the reference measurement methods,and the results of the two experimenters were analyzed and the relative deviations were calculated,which were used to evaluate the quality control.Results The personnel comparison results of red blood cells and white blood cells acquired by carrying out experiments according to the reference methods were within the allowable ranges,and the comparison results were qualified.Conclusion Through personnel comparison tests,the technical abilities of the participants could be determined and the accuracy of results could be improved.
