Abstract:Objective The application effect of PDCA management mode in the quality control of multiparameter monitors was investigated.Methods A total of 120 multi-parameter monitors used in the hospital from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects.PDCA management mode was not implemented from January to September in 2019,it was implemented from October 2019 to June 2020.The first pass yield,repair rate and quality control test results of the multi-parameter monitors before and after the implementation of the PDCA management mode were compared.Results After the implementation of the PDCA management mode,the first pass yield of the multi-parameter monitors was higher than that before the implementation,and the repair rate was lower than that before the implementation,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of PDCA management mode could effectively reduce the failure rate of multi-parameter monitors and improve the safety factor.
