| 摘 要： | 目的:观察针刺与中西医结合康复方法对卒中后假性延髓性麻痹的吞咽障碍患者的治疗效果。方法:对接受针刺与康复治疗的假性延髓性麻痹的吞咽障碍治疗组(71例)和对照组34例进行观察比较。采用自订评定标准进行治疗效果评测。结果:治疗组有效率91.5%,对照组有效率38.2%。治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,其疗效差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:针刺与康复训练方法结合作为假性延髓性麻痹吞咽障碍4周后的主要治疗手段有较高的临床价值。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effect of acupu ncture and rehabilitation integrated traditional and Western medicine in post st roke pseudobulbar palsy patients who have difficulty in swollow.Method:71cases i n the treated group underwent acupuncture and rehabilitation methods to cure fal se palsy.34cases as control group,were treated with medicine only.Result:By the end of the course,the effective rate was91.5%in the combine treated group,in the control group the effective rate was38.2%.Conclusion:The effect of the combine treated group were much better than the control group.The difference is very sig nificant(P<0.01)? |
