糖尿病肾病患者血清脂联素与尿白蛋白排泄率的变化及相关性

为探讨脂联素（APN）在2型糖尿病（T2DM）患者的变化以及与尿白蛋白排泄率（UAER）的关系,用ELISA法测定T2DM患者血清APN,用全自动生化分析仪常规测定UAER以及用吡格列酮治疗后APN和UAER的变化。结果显示,DM、DN组APN水平均较正常人低（P〈0.01）,但随病程进展而逐渐增高（P〈0.01）,并与UAER呈正相关（r=0.284,P〈0.05）,DN组经吡格列酮治疗后,能降低尿白蛋白水平（P〈0.01）和提高血清APN水平（P〈0.01）。APN和UAER与DM、DN的发生发展有关,对指导糖尿病的治疗有积极的意义。

Relationship Between Serum Adiponectin and Urinary Albumin Excretion Rate in Patients with Diabetes Nephropathy

To explore the relationship between the levels of serum adiponectin and urinary albumin excretion rate in patients with type 2 diabetes nephropathy,the serum levels of adiponectin and the levels of urinary albumin excretion rate in diabetes patients before and after treatment with pioglitazone were tested by ELISA and automatic biochemical analyzer respectively.The results showed that the serum levels of adiponectin in DM and DN group were lower than that of normal controls（P0.01）,but they gradually increased with progression（P0.01）.The serum adiponectin level was positively correlated with urinary albumin excretion rate（r= 0.284,P0.05）.The urinary albumin level decreased（P0.01） and the serum levels of adiponectin increased after treatment with pioglitazone in DN group.The serum levels of adiponectin and urinary albumin excretion rate may play important role in the indication of treatment of diabetes.
