| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨交锁髓内钉固定结合扩髓之骨泥回植治疗股骨干骨折不愈合的围手术期护理特点。方法：交锁髓内钉固定并将扩髓时产生的骨泥回植于骨折端治疗股骨干骨折不愈合29例,其中男23例,女6例。年龄26～54岁,平均39.5岁。术后48h拔引流管,使用抗生素预防感染3d,所有患者均未行外固定,摄X线片根据骨折稳定情况进行关节功能锻炼。结果：29例平均骨性愈合时间为47周,膝关节功能较术前明显改善,无感染、肢体短缩、旋转或成角畸形,无内固定断裂等并发症。结论：交锁髓内钉固定结合扩髓之骨泥回植治疗股骨干骨折不愈合,术前心理辅导、术前准备、术中配合监护、术后康复训练等环节护理对手术成功至关重要。
