湿温病浅析

湿温是临床常见的较为特殊的一种湿热类温病,临证易与"湿热""暑温"混淆,易误识误治。在临床实践及文献研究的基础上,探讨分析湿温的病因病机特点,发生发展演变规律,遣方用药的治疗原则。强调湿温属于温病,而异于其他温病,乃阴阳合邪,内外合邪致病,起病虽缓,但病势较重,且病机复杂,传变多端。以清热祛湿为治疗大法。本文意在为湿温辨证论治提供理论依据,谨守病机,随机策应,以提高临床疗效。
