联合用抗生素治疗生殖道解脲支原体感染

目的:探讨生殖道解脲支原体感染抗生素的有效治疗方法。方法:将妇科门诊生殖道解脲支原体感染患者256例,随机分为A、B、C三组,A组给予多西环素100mg,po,bid,连服10d;B组给罗红霉素150mg,po,bid,连服10d;C组给予多西环素100mg、罗红霉素150mg,po,bid,连服10d。结果:A组有效率为70.37%,B组有效率为67.53%,C组有效率为97.92%,C组高于A组和B组,有统计学差异。结论:多西环素与罗红霉素联合应用是治疗生殖道解脲支原体感染的安全、有效的方法之一。

Combination of Antibiotics in Treatment of Genital Ureaplasma Urealyticum Infection

Objective:To explore the effective treatment for genital ureaplasma urealyticum infection.Method:A total of 256 women troubled by mycoplasm infection in genital tract were enrolled and randomly divided into three groups as group A,group B and group C.The patients in group A were received doxycycline 100mg,po hid,for ten days,the patients in group B were received roxithro- mycin 150mg,po,bid,for ten days,while patients in group C were received both doxycycline 100mg and roxithromycin 150mg,po,bid, for ten days.Result:There was 70.37% overall effective rate in group A,67.53% in group B and 97.92% in group C.The difference between group C and group A or between group C and group B was statistical significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with single drug usage,treatment with doxycycline plus roxithromyein is more effective for genital ureaplasma urealyticum infection.
