摘    要:目的:观察锌对不同碘营养水平大鼠垂体,甲状腺形态学的影响;方法:缺碘饲料喂养Wistar大鼠复制缺碘动物模型,同时设补碘,补锌和补碘补锌组。3个月时应用光镜和秀射电镜观察垂体和甲状腺超微结构变化。结果:各组垂体重量及光镜下窦样毛细血管和细胞均无明显差异,补碘及补碘补锌组甲状腺细胞,高度。滤泡直径,胶质含量和超微结构与对照组相一致。补锌组甲状腺生理低于缺碘组,上细胞高度及滤泡直径介于缺碘和对照组之间,电镜下缺碘组表现为细胞器明显减少,补锌组则表现为线粒体肿胀,内质网扩张。结论:补锌可降低缺碘大鼠甲状腺肿大程度,对甲状腺上皮细胞具有保护作用。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effects of zinc on morphology of pituitary and thyroid in different iodine levels of rats.Methods Wistar rats with iodine deficiency were duplicated with fodder of Iodine Deficiency Disorder (IDD) areas and iodine (I), zinc (Zn) and I-Zn were given in rats of other 4 groups with I deficiency .The changes of fine-structure and ultra-structure in pituitary and thyroid were observed by means of light microscope (LM) and transmission electromicroscope (TEM) in 3 months.Results There was no difference of the weight and the form of cell and sinusoid under the LM in pituitary. The height of epithelium, the diameter of follicle, the contents of glue and the morphology of ultra-structure of thyroid in Zn-supplementation groups were similar to that in control group. In 2 groups of Zn administration ,the weight of thyroid were lowered than that in the group of I deficiency and the height of epithelium and the diameter of follicle were medium between I deficiency group and control group. The decrease of cell organelles obviously in I deficiency group , the swell of mitochondria and the expansion of endoplasmic reticulum in Zn-given group were observed with TEM.Conclusions Zn supplementation could decrease the degree of goiter and protect thyroid epithelium in the rats of I deficiency.
