肺炎心力衰竭患儿血清脂蛋白(a)和D-二聚体的变化

目的 :了解支气管肺炎并心力衰竭 (简称肺炎心衰 )患儿血清脂蛋白 (a) [Lp(a) ]和D 二聚体 (D D)浓度变化的临床意义。方法 :采用ELISA法测定肺炎心衰、普通肺炎患儿、健康儿童 (对照组 )血清Lp(a)和D D浓度。结果 :肺炎心衰、普通肺炎患儿血清Lp(a)逐渐下降 ,两两比较差异均有显著性意义 ;肺炎心衰组血D D较普通肺炎组和对照组的明显增高 ,而后两组的差异无显著性意义 ;肺炎心衰组治疗后血D D和Lp(a)均明显下降 ,差异均有显著性意义。肺炎心衰患儿血清Lp(a)与血浆D D呈正相关。 结论 :支气管肺炎及肺炎心衰婴幼儿血清Lp(a)增高可能参与病理生理的过程 ,血Lp(a)和血浆D D水平可作为肺炎心衰病情预后的判断指标

A clinical significance of the levels of serum lipoprotein(a) and D-dimer in children with critical pneumonia

Objective:To study the clinical significance of the levels of serum lipoprotein(a)[Lp(a)] and D-dimer(D-D) in children with critical pneumonia. Methods: The ELISA was used to delect the levels of serum Lp(a) and D-D in the children with pneumonia and the healthy children as controls. Results: In children with critical pneumonia, common pneumonia and the controls, the level of serum Lp(a) was getting lower and lower(P< 0.01 or 0.05). The level of serum D-D in children with critical pneumonia was increased significantly as compared with common pneumonia or the controls(P< 0.01). The levels of serum Lp(a) and D-D showed linear positive correlation in children with critical pneumonia.Conclusion:Increase of serum Lp(a) may play an important role in improving pathophysiology of pneumonia.Serum Lp(a) and D-D may be regared as monitoring indexes of judging children's prognosis of critical pneumonia.
