人工流产即时放置吉妮致美与 Tcu220效果观察

目的：观察人流术后即时放置不同结构宫内节育器（ IUD）的效果。方法选择人流术后自愿即时放置宫内节育器育龄妇女，随机分为两组，其中放置吉妮致美者386例（吉妮组），放置Tcu220者352例（ Tcu220组），记录两组术后一年带器妊娠，脱落，因症取出等情况。结果吉妮组与Tcu220组人流术后放置失败率分别为0．78％和0．57％，两组比较无显著差异（χ^2＝0．01，P＞0．05）。吉妮组放置后带器妊娠率、脱落率和因症取出率均显著低于Tcu220组，差异有统计学意义（χ^2值分别为0．01、4．62、6．99，均P＜0．05），而吉妮组续用率显著高于Tcu220组，两组比较存在显著差异（χ^2＝31．37，P＜0．01）。结论人流术后即时放置吉妮致美宫内节育器更为高效、安全。

Observation of placement of Jenefox and Tcu220 following artificial abortion

Objective To observe and compare the effect of placement of two different structured intrauterine device （ IUD ） following artificial abortion .Methods Women of childbearing age who wished inserting IUD following artificial abortion were selected , and they were randomly assigned into two groups：386 cases with Jenefox in Jeneforx group and 352 cases with Tcu in Tcu group .Patient pregnancy rate with device of IUD , removal and expulsion after abortion within one year were recorded for two groups .Results The probability of failure placement of Jenefox group and Tcu group was 0.78% and 0.57%, respectively, and there was no significant difference between two groups （χ^2 =0.01, P〉0.05）.The pregnancy rate, removal rate and expulsion rate were significantly lower in Jenefox group than in Tcu group （χ^2 value was 0.01, 4.62 and 6.99, respectively, all P〈0.05）, but the continuation rate was significantly high in Jenefox group than Tcu group （χ^2 =31.37, P〈0.01）.Conclusion Placement of Jenefox following artificial abortion is relatively more safe and effective .
