手足口病患儿血清及脑脊液中 S100 B和 NSE 的表达与病毒性脑炎发生的相关性分析

摘    要:目的:探讨手足口病患儿血清及脑脊液中S100B蛋白(S100B)和神经元特异烯醇化酶(NSE)的表达与病毒性脑炎发生的相关性。方法选择2012年2月到2013年11月黄石市妇幼保健院收治的35名手足口病并发病毒性脑炎患者为观察组,35名单纯手足口病患者为对照组,检测血清及脑脊液的S100B和 NSE含量,并进行相关性分析。结果观察组的血清中S100B (t=6.544,P<0.05)、NSE(t=14.235,P<0.05)含量及脑脊液中S100B(t=13.982,P<0.05)、NSE(t=23.023,P<0.05)含量明显高于对照组,对比差异明显。多元线性回归分析显示手足口病导致病毒性脑炎的发生与脑脊液中S100B( OR:0.214,95%CI:0.086~0.563)、NSE(OR:6.139,95%CI:2.483~15.458)、血清中S100B(OR:0.384,95%CI:0.151-0.966)与NSE(OR:3.499,95%CI:1.422~8.621)含量都存在明显的相关性(P<0.05)。结论手足口病患儿的血清和脑脊液中S100B及NSE含量可用来预测病毒性脑炎的发生。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the correlation between the expressions of S 100B and neuron-specific enolase (NSE) in serum and cerebrospinal fluid and viral encephalitis in children with hand , foot and mouth disease ( HFMD ) .Methods From February 2012 to November 2013 35 HFMD children with viral encephalitis were admitted in Maternal and Children Care Service Center of Huangshi .They were selected in observation group , and another 35 simple HFMD children were recruited in control group .The contents of S100B and NSE in serum and cerebrospinal fluid of all cases were detected , and correlation analysis was conducted .Results The serum S100B (t=6.544, P〈0.05), serum NSE (t=14.235,P〈0.05), S100B in cerebrospinal fluid(t=13.982,P〈0.05)and NSE in cerebrospinal fluid(t=23.023,P〈0.05) contents of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group .Multiple linear regression analysis showed that viral encephalitis caused by HFMD was correlated with the cerebrospinal fluid S 100B (OR:0.214,95%CI:0.086-0.563) and NSE (OR:6.139,95%CI:2.483-15.458)contents, and serum S100B(OR:0.384,95%CI:0.151-0.966)and NSE (OR:3.499,95%CI:1.422 -8.621) levels (P〈0.05).Conclusion Detection of in S100B and NSE levels serum and cerebrospinal fluid in HFMD children can predict the occurrence of viral encephalitis .
