摘    要:目的 观察生地以低聚糖为主的提取物RGOS的急性毒性. 方法 测定生地RGOS对小鼠灌胃、超声雾化吸入及尾静脉注射3种给药途径的最大给药量或LD_(50),观察给药后的毒性反应及死亡情况,连续14 d. 结果 生地RGOS对小鼠灌胃的最大给药量为49.6 g/kg(119.04 g生药/kg);对小鼠超声雾化吸入的最大给药量为28.8 g/kg(65.38 g生药/kg);对小鼠尾静脉注射的LD_(50)为7.88 g/kg(17.89g生药/kg),其95%平均可信限L_(95)为(7.88±0.61) g/kg.静脉注射后小鼠体质量增长明显低于对照组,于第7天左右基本恢复. 结论 生地RGOS对小鼠灌胃、超声雾化吸入无明显毒性反应;静脉注射有一定的急性毒性,对小鼠体质量增长有一定的抑制作用.
