颜面深度烧伤早期痂治疗

目的:探讨颜面深度烧伤早期切痂植皮的优越性和可行性。方法:伤后3～7d手术,术前、术中各使用立止血1ku,4例手术使用M-200氩气增强电刀,正确掌握切痂平面,同期做睑缘粘连术。结果:10例手术切痂后植皮全部成活,弹性较好,瘢痕较轻,眼睑无睑外翻畸形。结论:如病人全身条件允许,早期手术切痂积极开展。
