两种方法评价化妆品皮肤刺激反应的结果分析

目的　探讨多次皮肤刺激实验和组织病理实验评价化妆品对皮肤刺激性的差异。方法　对 97种化妆品分别进行家兔多次皮肤刺激实验和皮肤组织病理学实验 ,比较了皮肤刺激性的超标率 ,并从中随机选择 7种化妆品比较其肉眼观察的皮肤刺激反应积分和病理反应积分的差异。结果　通过多次皮肤刺激实验和组织病理学实验获得的 97种化妆品皮肤刺激性超标率分别为 6 .2 %和 13.4% ,差异无显著性。 7种化妆品的皮肤刺激反应积分显著低于相应的组织病理学积分 (Wilcoxon test T+=2 7,P<0 .0 5 ) ,7种化妆品皮肤刺激实验均合格 ,而组织病理学实验发现一种化妆品具有明显皮肤刺激性 (积分值为 4.2 5 )。结论　皮肤组织病理学实验能更早、更准确地反映化妆品引起的轻度皮肤损伤 ,应与皮肤刺激实验结合起来评价化妆品对皮肤的刺激性

Analysis of Results Obtained From Two Methods for Detecting Cosmetic-induced Skin Irritation

Objective To explore the differences of the irritabilities of cosmetics to skin detected by multiple skin irritation (MSI) test and histopathological (HP) test Methods The irritabilities of 97 kinds of cosmetics to skin were detected by MSI test and HP test respectively,the over standard rates of irritabitities of cosmetics to skin in rabbits were compared statistically The comparative analysis on the differences between skin irritation scores obtained by macroscopic and histo pathological examination in 7 kinds of randomly selected cosmetics among total 97 kinds of cosmetics were carried out Results The over standard rates of irritabilities of 97 kinds of cosmetics to skin were 6 2% detected by MSI test and 13 4% by HP test respectively( P>0 05 ),and there was no significant difference between those two over standard rates The skin irritation scores of 7 kinds of randomly selected cosmetics were significantly lower than the related histo pathological scores ( Wilcoxon test,T +=27,P<0 05 ) The score of irritabilities of all 7 kinds of cosmetics were qualified in MSI test But the histopathological test showed that one of the 7 kinds of cosmetics presented significantly strong irritability to skin with a histopathological score of 4 25 Conclusion Skin histopathological test could accuratly detect the changes in the early stage of light skin damages induced by cosmetics.These two methods should be applied simultaneously to the assessment on the irritabilities of cosmetics to skin
