肾移植后发生红细胞增多症与内源性促红细胞生成素水平变化的相关性

目的：肾移植术后发生红细胞增多症（PTE）与内源性促红细胞生成素（EPO）动态变化的相关性。方法：分别测定血透析和肾移植病例55名。将病人按移植前是否接受EPO治疗，分为EPO治疗组和非治疗组。动态观察手术前后EPO变化过程。比较治疗组和非治疗组的差异与血象变化。结果：两组各观察点EPO实测值差异无显著性。EPO治疗组术后可见两次EPO升高高峰，分别为32IU／L和21IU／L。贫血的不受EPO变化的影响，呈稳定上升趋势，第21天两组血红蛋白平均达到90g/L，平均术后8d肾功能达到正常。肾功能延迟恢复病例，二次EPO水平升高过程欠缺。用与未用EPO组血象变化相同。术后监测EPO水平，有助于预测和判断发生PTE的相关性。

Variation of EPO and PET in Pre and Post-transplantaion

Objective Researching the relation between the variant tendency of inherent erythropoietin (EPO) and the peripheral blood after renal transplanted. Method Checking the lever of EPO in 55cases who were receiving hemodialysis (HD) or the renal transplantation(Trans.). Dividing the patients into the groups: HD and trans. According to the method that they had received. Comparing the result of tow groups in EPO and the blood. Result The levers of EPO is not very difference in towgroups. There are tow peaks in EPO treated group posttransplanted. The coursc of correcting anemia did not been influenced by the variation of EPO.The hemoglobin rose smoothly. The renal function recovered after 8 days. The patients who were renal function delayed recovery dose not observed seconed peak of EPO. Conclusion The anemia will recover to the norml lever following the function of graftresurrection grandly after the operation.The change of the peripheral blood was the same in two groups. Checking the EPO lever is conducive to judge the condition of the kidney and to forecast the PET.
