| 摘 要： | 本文测定了小鼠肝癌腹水瘤细胞Hca-F25/CL-A_2经二甲亚砜(DMSO)诱导分化前后钙恒稳的有关指标。结果表明,细胞经DMSO诱导向正常形态转化,细胞内总钙水平、胞液Ca~(2+)浓度和微粒体Ca~(2+)-ATP酶活性均明显下降,线粒体内钙含量显著提高。结果提示,细胞内钙恒稳状态与肿瘤细胞的分化和增殖密切相关。

| Abstract: | In this paper, some indexes of intracellular calcium homeostasis in ascites hepatoma cell clones of 615 inbreeding strain mice Hca-F25/CL-A_2 before and after differentiation induced by DMSO were determined. The results showed that after differentiation the morphologic change to the normal took place, the total calcium, cytosolic free Ca~(2+) concentration and the activity of microsomal Ca~(2+)-ATPase obviously decreased, while the level of mitochondrial calcium in A_2 significantly increased. These results indicated that the intracellular calcium homeostasis was closely related to the differentiation and proliferation of tumor cells. |
