摘    要:小鼠灌胃盐藻β-胡萝卜素立体异构体(6mg/kg),能提高血清中超氧化物歧化酶活性,降低过氧化脂质的含量(P<0.05),谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性也发生明显的改变。并讨论了β-胡萝卜素立体异构体在防治肿瘤中的作用及其应用价值。

Abstract:We found that the serum activity of SOD had been increased, the LPO content decreased(P <0.05), and the GSH-PX level changed obviously in mice by ig βC epimeride from dunaliela SPP (6 mg/kg). We also discussed that βC epimeride had cure and prevention cancer function and any practical value.
