食管癌术后复发的X线表现及其原因分析

目的：探讨食管癌术后复发的Ｘ线表现特点，并分析其原因。方法：经Ｘ线钡餐造影诊断为食管癌术后复发病例共４５例，分析其Ｘ线表现特点；查阅病历，了解切除范围，探讨术后复发的原因。结果：吻合口复发３４例，在钡餐造影片上表现为吻合口壁毛糙、僵硬，粘膜破坏，吻合口狭窄；胸胃复发１１例，在Ｘ线片上表现出外压改变，或充盈缺损，粘膜破坏。结论：Ｘ线钡餐造影是诊断食管癌术后复发的重要手段之一。适当扩大手术切除范围可能

The radiologic characteristics and analysis of postoperative recurrence of esophageal cancer

Objective:To investigate the radiologic characteristics and the cause of recurrence of esophageal cancer after operation (RECAO).Methods:Radiologic characteristics and clinical materials in 45 cases diagnosed as RECAO were retrospectively reviewed.Results:There were 34 cases of anastomotic recurrence,the radiologic signs on barium meal radiograph were roughness,stiffness,destruction of the mucosa and stricture of anastomosis.There were 13 cases of recurrence on thoracic stomach,barium meal presented compression of the thoracic stomach,filling defect,or destruction of mucosa.Conclusion:Barium meal is one of the important methods in diagnosing RECAO.More extensive resection is probably a better way to reduce RECAO.
