| 摘 要： | 目的 观察尿激酸疼治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效。方法 选择连续４３例符合ＷＨＯ制订的不稳定型心绞痛病人，在一般常规应用抗心绞痛治疗的基础上每天静脉滴注尿激酶５０万Ｕ，观察临床症状的改善和心电图变化。结果 在溶栓治疗后，心绞痛发作次数、持续时间和心电力产相应导联的变化均示显著改善。结论 小剂量尿激酶对不稳定型心能有效。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the efficacy of urokinse therapy in unstable angina pectoris . Methods 43 patients with unstable angina pectoris in accordance with the classification by W H O,were in cluded . Based on the conventionaltherapy of anti angina pectoris ,the patients received intravenous infusionof 500 000 units of urokinase every day ,and changes of clinicalsym pto ms and electrocardiogra m of the pa tients were observed . Results After throm bolytic therapy ,the angina pectoris was im proved in num ber ofepisodes ,duration of lasting and changes of electrocardiogram . Conclusion Low doses of urokinase are ef fective in treatm ent of unstable angina .( Shanghai Med J,1999 ,22 :481 482) |
