神经妥乐平穴位注射治疗眩晕对照观察

目的]观察神经妥乐平穴位注射治疗眩晕疗效。方法]将120例住院及门诊患者按就诊顺序随机分为两组。取百会、太冲、风池、足三里、三阴交(除百会均为双侧),肝阳上亢者加侠溪、太溪穴;痰湿中阻者加中脘、丰隆穴;气血亏虚者加膈俞、脾俞穴;肾精不足者加志室、肾俞穴。对照组60例单纯针刺,风池穴针尖向鼻尖方向刺入1～1.5寸,得气后行捻转泻法,使针感上传于头;百会、足三里、三阴交、太溪、志室、肾俞、膈俞、脾俞等穴得气后行提插补法;中脘、丰隆、侠溪等穴得气后行提插泻法;留针30min,15min行针1次;1次/d,20次为1疗程。治疗组60例一次性注射器抽取神经妥乐平注射液6mL(3.6u×2)+注射用水配成20mL。穴位常规消毒后,用无痛快速进针法将针刺人皮下组织或肌层,小幅度提插,探得酸胀等"得气"感应后,回抽无回血,即可将药液缓慢推入0.5～1.5mL/次.穴,1次/周,4次为1疗程。治疗1个疗程,判定疗效。结果]治疗组痊愈25例,显效17例,有效16例,无效2例,总有效率96.67%。对照组痊愈19例,显效13例,有效22例,无效6例,总有效率90.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论]神经妥乐平穴位注射治疗眩晕疗效显著。
