| 摘 要： | 目的 观察川芎嗪注射液、硝苯吡啶联合应用对食管癌化疗的增效 作用。方法 川芎嗪注射液、硝苯吡啶联合应用于化疗方案中，在随机条件 下与对照组进行比较。结果 川芎嗪注射液、硝苯吡啶联合应用对 化疗确有增 效作用，治疗组CR+PR40%，对照组CR+PR25%，两组差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结 论 本研究结果提示：川芎嗪注射液、硝苯吡啶对化学治疗食道癌有增效作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To examine the synergism of Ligustrazin Combined Nifedipine on carcinoma of esophagus with chemotherapy.Methods Ligustrazin and Nifedipne combined chemotherapy on carcinoma of esophagus treatment,compared The only chemotherapy group randomly.Results the results showed that the effective rate (CR PR) of control group were 40% and 25%respectively.Conclusion The results indicted that Ligustrazin combined Nifedipine have synergism on chemotherapy of carcinoma of carcinoma of esophagus. |
