| 摘 要： | 目的：建立一套双向凝胶电泳图像的分析方法，为进一步分析和鉴定差异蛋白奠定基础。方法：提取肺癌组织和癌旁组织中的可溶性总蛋白，进行双向凝胶电泳，电泳图片由专用扫描仪获取后，应用图像分析软件(PDQuest 7.1)进行蛋白差异点的表达情况分析。结果：二维电泳图片经过背景消减、点检测、点匹配等一系列分析后，得出了差异点。结论：PDQuest 7．1软件可以用来快速有效地对生物样品之间蛋白质的差异进行分析。

| Abstract: | Aim: To establish a two-dimensional gel electrophoresis image analysis method for analyzing the differentially expressed proteins. Methods: The whole soluble proteins of tissue of lung cancer and the controls were extracted by one step and separated using 2-dimensional gel electrophoresis.Acquire the image and analyze the images using the software PDQuest 7.1. Results: After the background subtraction,spot detection and matching,the protein spots which expressed differentially were obtained. Conclusion: The results of dimensional gel electrophoresis can be ananlyzed quickly and conveniently using PDQuest 7.1 gel image analysis software. |
