中西医结合治疗晚期胃癌临床观察

目的：观察卡培他滨联合皂刺糯米粥治疗晚期胃癌的疗效。方法：经病理证实的晚期胃癌患者应用卡培他滨2000mg／m2分2次早晚口服，服2周后休息1周，皂刺糯米粥：皂刺30g煎水适量与糯米300g共煮粥供三餐食用，30天为1个疗程。结果：全组30例患者，完全缓解（CR）3例，部分缓解（PR）13例，总有效率53．3％，中位疾病进展时间TTP为7个月，中位生存时间10个月，1年生存率42％，毒副反应以Ⅰ～Ⅱ级为主，出现Ⅲ度白细胞减少1例，血小板减少1例，腹泻4例，无Ⅳ级毒副反应。结论：卡培他滨联合皂刺糯米粥治疗晚期胃癌有效率高，毒副反应低，患者耐受好。
