| 摘 要： | 目的:观察重楼醇提取物含药血清对胃癌SGC7901细胞增殖和凋亡的影响。方法:以重楼醇提取物不同浓度含药血清培养SGC7901细胞后,以MTT法检测对细胞增殖的影响,流式细胞仪检测细胞周期和细胞凋亡变化。结果:不同给药剂量组含药血清作用于SGC7901细胞24、48和72h后,细胞生存率显著降低,且与时间和剂量呈依赖关系。不同给药剂量组含药血清作用于SGC7901细胞24h后,细胞阻滞发生在S期;凋亡率分别为(6.67±1.34)%、(13.12±1.34)%和(20.43±1.24)%,联合用药组为(22.61±3.01)%,空白组动物血清组凋亡率(4.35±1.09)%及氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)组(19.22±1.66)%比较,差异均有统计学意义,P<0.01。结论:重楼醇提取物含药血清对SGC7901细胞生长有明显抑制作用,并可诱导SGC7901细胞凋亡。
