| 摘 要： | 目的:研究B7-H3在胃癌组织中的表达及其与各临床病理变量之间的相关性。方法:采用免疫组织化学法检测113例胃癌手术标本中B7-H3蛋白的表达,分析其与肿瘤浸润性T淋巴细胞及各临床病理参数间的相关性。结果:B7-H3在胃癌组织中高表达(46.9%,53/113);B7-H3的表达与肿瘤浸润性T淋巴细胞呈负相关,P<0.05。淋巴结阳性组中B7-H3+群的百分比(54.8%,40/73)高于无淋巴结转移组(32.5%,13/40),P<0.05。Ⅰ、Ⅱ期患者标本中B7-H3的阳性表达率要明显低于Ⅲ+Ⅳ期组,P<0.05。结论:B7-H3在胃癌组织中高表达,与肿瘤分期、淋巴结转移正相关,与肿瘤浸润T淋巴细胞呈负相关。B7-H3可能通过抑制间质中T细胞的浸润介导胃癌肿瘤免疫逃逸。
