河北省农村地区成人超重和肥胖的流行特征及相关因素分析

目的了解河北省农村地区成人超重和肥胖的流行现状及影响因素,为肥胖的防治和干预提供科学依据.方法运用多阶段随机整群抽样方法,抽取代表河北省不同经济水平的村36个,通过询问调查获得年龄在18岁及以上的农村居民的个人基本情况,体检获取体重、身高数据.结果共调查18岁及以上成人7 206人,超重、肥胖的粗患病率分别为43.0%和17.7%.经logistic回归分析发现,影响超重的因素有年龄、吸烟、婚姻和家庭人均年收入,影响肥胖的因素主要有性别、年龄、吸烟、婚姻和家庭人均年收入.结论河北省农村地区成人超重和肥胖患病情况亟待改善,健康教育和加强体育运动可以有效的预防超重和肥胖的发生.

Analysis on risk factors and epidemiologic characteristics of overweight and obesity in Hebei province

Objective To realise the risk factors of overweight and obesity of adults in rural areas of Hebei province. Methods Multistage randomized cluster sampling was used to survey 36 villages with different ecnomic levels. The data of weight and height were obtained by physical examination. Results In total of 7 206 subjects, the crude prevalence rates of overweight and obesity were 43.0% and 17.7%, respectively. Logistic regression analysis results showed that the major risk factors of overweight were age, smoking, marriage and household income; and for obesity, they were sex, age, smoking, marriage and household income. Conclusions The prevalence rates of overweight and obesity were expected to be controlled in rural areas, health education and sports exercise should be effectively employedto prevent overweight and obesity.
